Corrosion Test
We simulate harsh real-world environments to evaluate how your materials will perform
under specific chemical, electrochemical, and atmospheric stresses. Testing helps select
the proper material for the application and evaluate the efficacy of protective
treatments.
Specialized Corrosion Testing:
- Intergranular Corrosion (IGC): Susceptibility testing for austenitic
stainless steels and aluminum alloys as per ASTM A262 and ISO 3651.
- HIC & SSCC: Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking (SSCC), Hydrogen Induced
Cracking (HIC), and U-Bend testing per NACE and ASTM standards.
- Pitting & Crevice Corrosion: Critical pitting temperature (CPT) and
resistance evaluations per ASTM G48 & G28.
